Short-Term, Long-Term, or Mixed-Use RV and Mobile Home Parks

 

Preferred: 40+ Sites. We focus on established parks with enough scale to support professional management. We will consider smaller properties if they are located in high-demand destination markets or have room for expansion.

Price Range: $1M – $3.5M Performance: Proven income history with clear upside potential. We value parks based on their actual income, not pro-forma guesses.

Utilities: Preferred: Public Water/Sewer. Accepted: Well/Septic (Requires inspection). Electric: 30/50 Amp service.

Value-Add Opportunities: We love "Mom & Pop" parks that need a digital upgrade. If your park has great bones but outdated booking systems or marketing, that is our perfect fit.
